THAW
February 13th and March 13th
6:30-8pm
Thaw is a guided and free form experience that incorporates dance, breathwork, meditation, kriya, yoga, community, play and self expression to find connection with self and others.
Our bodies often know what we need long before we have words. We just need to listen to them. Indigenous and ancient cultures have used the wisdom of their bodies to heal and express themselves throughout history. But many people have learned to ignore, override, or disconnect from themselves.
Thaw will provide space for participants to return to their bodies, move through activation, and tap into their life force. A great place for anyone looking for more authentic connection with themselves and others!
***If you are signing up for just one night ($35), you will find a form to indicate which night once you click on “add to cart”. If you would like to attend both nights, mark your quantity as 2, indicate both nights on the form, and use promo code BOTH at checkout for $10 off. ***

Kristen Larsen
Yoga has given me countless moments of awe— joy, transcendence, respect, beauty, quiet introspection, and a deep appreciation for the cosmic divine. I have fallen in love with the grace and the infinite journey of lifelong learning that yoga offers.
After completing a transformative YTT Intensive course in Mexico, I am now RYT 200 certified.
My life’s calling is to bring a calming to the collective, help preserve what it means to be human and provide a piece of the process for a loving homecoming to self.
Through yoga and the practice of mindfulness, I continue to cultivate a rich and intentional life.
Currently I teach two yoga classes. A gentle Hatha Yoga and Soulful Sunday at Yoga Hive Whitefish.
Camille Deitz
As a somatic psychotherapist I value each person’s ability to heal and find the path that leads them to their most authentic self. I also believe that the process doesn’t happen in isolation and that healing often happens in community.
In addition to being a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner and EMDR certified therapist, I am also a Dancing Mindfulness Facilitator, completed my 200 hr yoga training (with Kristen), and am a level two Reiki practitioner.
